Indian villagers need to be educated....and most important things they should have basic computer knowledge........in MS. Office and Internet.....infect,its necessarily for all......

When you say through ”collaborative work of public and private sector”, then you must consider the fact the public sector in India is not as efficient and robust as it can be due to various factors that we all know well. I do believe though that if your idea needs to seep in then you need the Indian Postal Service’s hep as it really has the widest possible reach and is efficient enough.... The whole thing is a long, long way away for now.

I think we give too little credit to our rural masses. They are becoming as bit techno savvy as the urban counterparts. Already farmers are using internet for future trading etc.
But yes, the whole logging in to shop still seems a distant dream, given the fact that even the urban users are not completely onboard the whole online buying stuff.
